Berlin DE – Courtyard
This previously unused, shaded courtyard was transformed into a vibrant and welcoming space in collaboration with interior designer Maj van der Linden, Frieser Gartengestaltung and Swisspearl. As the courtyard receives no direct sunlight, the planting strategy focused on shade-tolerant species that remain lush and visually calm. The predominantly white-flowering perennials bring brightness and freshness into the space. The result is a formerly dark courtyard turned into a refined, naturalistic urban garden in Berlin. The project represents high-quality landscape architecture in Berlin, careful garden design and resilient private gardens in dense urban contexts.
